Phone Support Contract – Phone support via our HELP DESK department (unlimited number of calls), as well as remote network support with no limit on service calls.

Work-Hour Bank – Purchase a set number of hours in advance based on expected annual usage. Each service call is deducted from the bank. If parts are needed, they are billed separately after client approval.

Service Contract Without Parts – An annual contract covering all hours needed to resolve faults, including unlimited phone support and unlimited remote network support. Parts are billed separately after client approval.

Cloud Backup – Cloud backup service for environments in Israel or abroad, covering full servers, folders, emails, and cloud environments.
